Return & Exchanges

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be in their original condition without signs of wear or damage
  • Items returned by mail must be in all original packaging (tags, box, and pouch included)
  • No individual item of a set can be returned for refund, store credit and/or size exchange, and must be returned as a complete set.

All below items are non-returnable:

  • Engraved and monogrammed products
  • Gift cards
  • Jewelry Care Kit

Please note your original shipping fee is not refundable and will be deducted from the refundable amount.

RETURNS

New, unworn items can be exchanged within 30 days. Non-personalized pieces are eligible for a full refund, if within 30 days of delivery.

Please reach out to our Customer Service team at customerlove@mysha.co if you wish to return an order.

 

CANCELLATIONS

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us up to 2 hours after placing it. Please be advised that personalized jewelry pieces are made especially for you; therefore, after 2 hours, they can either be returned for a store credit.

If your order has already been shipped, you will need to return the items to us. To cancel your order, please contact our Customer Service team at customerlove@mysha.co 

DAMAGED ITEMS

In case of a damaged item (if under warranty), we will exchange your item for a new one. Jewelry pieces that are not engraved are eligible for a full refund, if within 30 days of delivery.
