If your order is a non engraving order, it will ship in 24 hours. If it is an engraved order, it will take 3-4 business days before it can ship out.

Yes. All products are inserted into a velvet pouch to protect your jewelry.

Yes. All silver tarnishes due to the natural component of sulfur it contains. This has nothing to do with the ingenuity of a product.
